This product does exactly what it says it does and gets you into ketosis within the 3 days.  I love the Strawberry Cream and can highly recommend it for taste   I shop with this company and live in New Zealand , they ship within the same day and also tell you how much it is in NZ $ I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a good customer experience*

Its great taste' and i can see results. I would recommend putting this in a shaker cup with no ice , but cold water because if you try to use a cup and spoon its a task to mix the powder.*
