This product really surpassed my expectations. When taken about an hour before a workout with 50g of carbs, the pumps are intense; almost painful to an extent. I take it again immediately post workout with double the amount of carbs. The dosing will have to be fine tuned on an Individual basis. Personally, I take one pre and two post. On non weight training days, I take 1 with lunch and 1with dinner, due to cutting down the carbs on those days. This is where one drawback occurs...a bottle will typically last three weeks on that protocol. The bright side is that it's really cheap on this site. Overall, it's worlds beyond another product that I've given more than a fair shake to and saw absolutely nothing (I'm not naming them because this is a review of I-Load, and not a critique of their product). Don't let the flashy marketing campaign and celebrity endorsers fool you. Sometimes, less is more, and that's totally the case with this product.*
