I use this post workout for recovery. Add 5 grams of glutamine and 10 grams of creatine and 2 scoops of Intracell 7. Perfect recovery shake. Highly recommend.*

Great product. I was using another carb supplement but was still crashing after about the 60-75 minute range at the gym (probably the pre-workout wearing off). The Intracell definitely helps me keep going, push through, and feel nourished but not heavy, if that makes sense.*
