I received this as a free sample in one of my M&S orders and gave it a try. Great taste and I was looking for a supplement that would not only provide BCAA's but help me with recovery. I've now started using this just before and just after workouts and I have noticed a significant change in rate of overall recovery. I am less sore the day following a workout than I had been and I recover quicker.*

It’s like drinking Kool-aid with no sugar. Go with the grape. Otherwise the added collagen makes my hip joints feel better after a leg workout! *
