I use this meal replacement very day for my lunch .I make  the drink the night before and put in a shaker cup  ,It keep me full and not feel like I over eat.*

The Vanilla flavor  is the first time I try it . I  Iike the chocolate better  so I just added some hot chocolate mix to the drink and  put it in the blender*

I used to use mio-plex but I have switched to met-rx and love it. Met-rx doesn't leave me feeling bloated and sick like mio-plex did. I also notice I get hungry again within my 3 hour window better with met-rx than I did with mio-plex.*
