This product has been amazing for me. When I first started it I could feel a HUGE change in energy levels. I can feel the scorch do it's job as a thermogenic product. I take this product each morning and afternoon. For first time users I recommend starting out with only 1 pill twice a day to see how it affects you. At night I take REM PM which compliments scorch.*
