This mango flavor is spot on and the liquid is thin like water instead of being a little thicker like I have found other liquors supplements. I can’t say I have seen results solely based off this supplement because I do not take it everyday only like 4 times a week. The days I do take it I can definitely say on the days I do take it I fast in the morning and it helps me sweat a ton and see a great pump! *
