Ran a little small. I normally get the xxl muscle and strength shirts but this one was a little tight so I would go up a size unless you want it that way.*

little snug for a large but maybe its my Muscles. I started out at the gym at 152lbs not a solid 179 with muscle. went from a medium to a large shirt*
