Make sure you eat food while taking this product as it can upset your stomach. Flavor is horrible but that’s unavoidable with the ingredients in this product. *

Lots of good ingredients, things that actually make a difference. Definitely have more energy and drive to get through workouts. Flavor isn't great, but I usually just chug it quickly in 6oz of water*
