If you’re not used to high doses of caffeine I would start out with half of scoop and work your tolerance up. But you can definitely feel it after 15 minutes *

It’s a fairly weak pre-workout with the only effects being felt is the caffeine, which seems to wear off quickly. Thanks to the biomass, you also get a taste of something adjacent to fruit punch and potting soil water. The only thing it has going for it, is that it mixes well. *
