Blue razz is still a nice flavour but i did like the tropical punch more. After 3 days the one scoop feels great and i don't get any strong jitters or other minor downsides from it.*

Single scoop with 8fl of water tastes great. Could probably even add more water to it next time. As someome who never took preworkout so far it has a nice kick of energy and i didn't feel any downsides.*

Blue Razz and Lemon Lime both have decent flavor. The ingredient profile seems to be pretty solid. Haven't been using it long enough to see if the results show.*

My son and I wanted to try a different pre-workout so we gave this a try. I don’t think it’s terrible but wish the flavor was a little more distinct. If you have a high caffeine tolerance you will need to use two scoops. *

Very tasty lemon flavor, one can last for almost 9 weeks, in my opinion i feel it works well with just one scoop.*

I got this on the a bogo sale, I was very exited since read the label and that it claims to be super stimulant, well I am on the second bottle and I can’t hardly feel anything even with Two scoops, I had to add a caffeine pill in order to feel something, very disappointed, waste of money.*

1 scoop for you newbies, but this is a 2 scooper for most advanced lifters! Taste great*

Very tasty but weak pre-workout, does not work well. I don't feel the effect. Suitable for beginners and retirees. You have to drink 2 servings. The taste is good, a little chemical.*

Really good pre-workout. It gives me just enough energy to go nicely through my workout. No crashes. Perfeftly dosed and packed with nice ingredients. Usually other pre-workout supplements that I tried so far make me uncofortable and give me this weird feeling that I don't like and only mess up my workout. I recommend this supplement. The flavouring and mixability are perfect. No complaints.*

So far it’s been helpful getting me through my evening workouts after work. I feel the beta alanine but that’s only with 2 scoops. I feel that 1 or 1.5 scoops weren’t helping much but I was trying to salvage some caffeine since I want to be able to sleep at night. Overall it’s good enough preworkout but if you are experienced pre user then you might not get the 50 servings since you’ll have to do at least 2 scoops.*

Was impressed with the flavors and also easy to mix. Small scoop but used to taking pre-workout so have to use 2 scoops if I use as primary pre workout. So I use it for work or during a second workout.*

the lemon lime flavour isnt really nice to mix with water, but the tropical punch is great! but still they are both easy on the caffeine while still really pumping and help with focus*
