I'm a fan of the mre, good flavors and nutrition profile. Not my first or last time buying this*

I've tried both blueberry cobbler and banana nut bread. Both taste good and to me and seem to have a light to medium taste of blueberry/banana. I only use 2 scoops when I take it and use just water. My first time trying, I used 10 ounces of water and it was very thick and I used a blender. Drinkable but very thick. Next time I used 16 ounces of water and it was much less thick. For me, my consistency sweet spot seems to be about 14-16 ounces of water. Seems to hold the hunger off for a few hours. I've tried taking it first thing in the morning before my heavy bag workout and it holds me enough to get through the workout without getting hungry or running out of energy and I've also used it on non workout days to replace lunch and holds me till later afternoon/early evening. Also I should mention that you can taste small pieces of something in it that I am assuming like others have mentioned here as the oats in it. Best I can describe it is similar to drinking Orange juice with light/medium pulp. It doesn't bother me but for those that may not like that, you should be aware before ordering. Over all, I like both flavors and will buy again.*

Love it.  Great taste, great digestibility and perfect meal replacement when you’re in a pinch.  Not the Blueberry Cobbler and Banana Nut Bread flavors are fantastic.  This is my new staple protein powder.  I don’t think I’ll ever go back to whey.  This digests so much better.*

It does have a great profile but its way too thick. Doesn't mix the best and doesn't really have a good flavor. Tried it on a bogo but i won't buy it again*

I had to find an alternative to RedCon1 MRE and discovered Meal Prep. Great taste!*

My go to meal when I am in a hurry. Put it in a tupperware. Slowly add water until you make a porridge like consistency (you can use milk) drop in some blueberries and sprinkle with cinnamon. Eat it with a spoon. Done. Brilliant*

People complain about everything . Yes its hard to mix but mixable . Thick , you have no idea . Make one over night with milk , next morning it's like drinking delicious (Both Flavs) cake batter . Fills you up and definitely gives you what you need as calories and protein . Worth every dollar spent . Thank you MS*

Mouth feel and texture is very good. Only similar product I've tried was real food by 5% nutrition. I prefer meal prep due to it being smoother/less gritty. Banana nut bread flavor is solid.*

I have now been taking this truce a day at 3 scoops and a time. I was around 255 pounds. Now I’m at 222. I never thought I would get this lean again and at 255 I was 13% body fat. One more thing I’m 52. It’s the best meal prep to be found anywhere. I love this stuff. *

The taste is not to strong and it has a lot of little particles in it. I put it in a blender and couldn't get rid of all the particles. The taste is not good but it's not nasty. The only bad thing is the particles.*
