Drink 15-30 minutes prior to workout or exercise regimen. If you are sensitive to caffeine or other stimulants it is suggested to start by using 1/2 serving of STIMUL8® to determine tolerance. As a dietary supplement mix 1 serving (1 scoop) of STIMUL8® with 8-16 oz of cold water and consume immediately upon mixing. DO NOT consume more than 1 serving of STIMUL8® daily. DO NOT exceed recommended dosage.

Take it easy. I’ve had a monster or two as a pre workout in the past, but never a concentrate. I tried a scoop of this stuff, failed a heavy set, and then drank another half scoop. By the end off the workout (which was brutal), I was shaking and felt like I had the chills. Now I start with a half scoop (as stated clearly in the directions), and it does a good job of providing energy without messing me up. Good taste, just don’t overdo it. *
