Never tried any of the RC products prior to this order and won't be buying again. Itook a chance during the clear the warehouse sale. I can't really speak on any results of this product since I had to discontinue use after one week due to severe stomach bloat, discomfort, cramps and constipation. Taste wise it isn't good or tasty but it's protein not a milkshake I have had worse tasting protein and much better. All I am saying is if you have stomach issues or easily constipated leave this one alone. I'm stuck now with almost 10 pounds of protein I can't take and out 100 dollars*
