Ingredients

  • 2 scoops MusclePharm Combat Power Banana Cream
  • 1½ cup Almond Flour
  • ½ cup xylitol or dry sweetener of choice
  • 1-2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 bananas, mashed (200g)*
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners of spray very well with non-stick spray
  3. Sift together dry ingredients
  4. In a second bowl, mix together wet ingredients
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients
  6. Evenly divide batter between 12 muffin cups
  7. Bake for ~12 minutes
  8. Allow to cool before eating**

Notes

*You can lower carbs by swapping banana for applesauce, pumpkin, or greek yogurt

**When baking with protein poweder, always under cook slightly and allow recipe to cool as the items will continue to set during this time. If overcooked, you will have rubbery muffins.
